Use License

EmergeDevs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Apps strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Intellectual Property

Our Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EmergeDevs and its licensors. Our Apps are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Philippines and foreign countries.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EmergeDevs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Apps.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
